Hidden Order by Brad Thor

Hidden Order by Brad Thor

Hidden Order by Brad Thor is another in the series of Scott Harvath stories. This is the first Brad Thor novel I have read. His novels are described as “faction” because he creates a fun fictional story that grabs you as good fiction should but uses this fiction to educate his readers about real issues by weaving a lot of current factual issues into his story.

In this story he spins a great mystery around the Federal Reserve. He even weaves in titles of real nonfiction landmark titles like The Creature From Jekyll Island by G. Edward Griffin which I reviewed on this site back in January 2012 and highly recommend.  Brad is known for including strong intelligent female characters in his stories and he doesn’t disappoint in that regard. I don’t read much fiction anymore but got exactly what I was looking for in this book……great entertainment.  Worth your time if you enjoy great novels and with Brad Thor’s “faction” you might learn something too!  So Hit The Books, They Don’t Hit Back!
